My name is Cait. I love to work out with Kettle Bells, eat cookies, vacuum the floor and brew green tea all day long. I grew up in New York, met my husband in High School, graduated college with a History degree, and I’ve recently started a homestead with 19 chickens and 4 pygmy goats.
Last year, my family and I moved to Delaware and I believe it was the best thing that could have happened. I joined a local Mommy Group, where I met some great friends for both myself and my children and I also joined a gym. It was there I started taking my physical exercise seriously, trying to work out 3-4 times a week but it still never feels like enough. My diet is lacking and could use some help, which is why I decided to turn to blogging. I hope to hold myself accountable and inspire myself to do better as well as encourage others.
